Tickets and registration for webinars

Eventzilla webinars use a simple registration experience similar to other Eventzilla events. Attendees register through the webinar’s registration page, where they can view the webinar details and speakers and select the available ticket.

Webinar registration page

The webinar registration page uses the same modern registration-page experience available for other Eventzilla events. It can display:

• Webinar title and description
• Date, time, and duration
• Speaker information
• Ticket and pricing details
• Registration fields

Speakers can be displayed directly on the registration page so attendees can learn more about who is presenting before registering.

Webinar tickets

A webinar supports one ticket type. The ticket can be configured as either:

• Free – attendees can register without payment.
• Paid – attendees must complete payment during registration.

The maximum number of registrations is controlled by the ticket quantity configured for the webinar and the attendee limit included in the selected webinar plan.

Registration rules

Each attendee must register using a unique email address.

• An email address can be used only once to register for the same webinar.
• Duplicate registrations using the same email address are blocked.
• If an attendee needs to register again, they should use the appropriate existing registration options rather than creating a duplicate registration.

No reserved seating

Webinars do not use reserved seating or seat-selection options. Attendees simply register for the webinar and receive access based on their registration.

Ticket quantity and plan capacity

The ticket quantity determines how many registrations the webinar can accept, subject to the maximum attendee limit of your webinar plan.

For example, if your plan allows up to 100 attendees, the webinar's available ticket quantity cannot be configured beyond that plan limit.

If you need to accommodate more attendees, you must upgrade your webinar plan before increasing the available ticket quantity.
